75 Hard- It’s time Babbbyyy!!

My Why: After completing 3 marathons in 3 months, a 3 and 5 day spiritual water fast, I have decided to elevate myself through another journey. All my other experiences have allowed me to step into versions of myself I never knew I could meet. I have been been thinking about the 75 hard and now I feel is the best time. I hope you can journey with me. I will be bringing you along consistently on my instagram stories, where I will be full transparent with the highs and lows.
So here’s my personal guide below. Feel free to take what resonates and what doesn’t. You do not have to start on April 28th. If you feel inspired enough to join, please let me know your start date and I will be rooting you on!
Starting Date: April 28th, 2025
Physically - 163lbs
Mentally - drained, tired, sluggish, stuck - (At another low point in life)
End Date: July 11, 2025

75 Hard Daily Rules:
✅ 2 Workouts per day (at least 45 minutes each) — one must be outdoors
✅ Follow a clean, healthy diet — no cheat meals, no alcohol/weed
✅ Drink 1 gallon (3.7L) of water per day
✅ Read 10 pages of a personal development book
✅ Take 1 daily progress photo
✅ Miss a day? You must start over
Weekly Workout Schedule
✅ Monday - Friday :
Indoor - Alt Upper and Lower Body Lifting
Outdoor - Run/Walk
✅ Saturday :
Indoor - Yoga and Stretching
Outdoor - Run/Walk
✅ Sunday :
Indoor Stretching/Treadmill Walk
Outdoor : Hike (will be longer than 45 minutes) this is a good time to reflect and explore a new place outside!
My Eating Habits
Motto: “If it doesn’t come directly from the earth, I'll pass”
✅ Calorie Def - Going to play by ear
✅ Only clean protein: chicken, shrimp, salmon, and egg whites.
✅ All fruits and veggies - especially bananas!
✅ Drink 1 gallon (3.7L) of water per day
Tips for Success
Lay out your workout clothes nightly
Stay consistent — even on tired days
Focus on the small daily wins
Trust the process
Have fun - “How lucky and easy is to to take care of my body”
Think about the journey in the current day vs thinking about day 75.
21 days to create a habit.
Think of this journey as therapy. A way to spend time with yourself and your mind. We all have things we need to think through. Use this time for that. Let it be a time of release for anything you’re holding within yourself.

I hope my journey inspires you on yours. If and when you decide to begin remember to always have fun during your journey. And it’s “hard” because we are saying goodbye to a version ourselves that no longer serves us and embracing a version of ourselves we never knew existed.
